Glossary of Terms

Access Period
Period of time measured in calendar months where data access servce is provided.

Content Period
Period of time measured in calendar months for which data content relates to or is comprised of.

Direct Access Fee
Fee charged monthly to/for each recipient who receives data directly from NYSE. Applies to each Access Period and/or Content Period provided.

Indirect Access Fee
Fee charged monthly for each recipient who receives data access indirectly through an NYSE-authorized redistrbutor. Applies to each Access Period and/or Content Period received. Applies to any redistribution of data which does not qualify as a read-only, controlled display.

Display Only Fee
Fee charged monthly for Access Period in which "read-only", controlled display service is provided.

Enterprise Fee
Fee charged to each recipient organization for each Access Period where data is distributed within the organization.

Extract Unit
Extract Unit (EU) is a usage based fee charged for each product extract accessed where a product extract is defined as a single security, report, trade date or user.

Fees are determined by the following calculation:

(X)*(Y)*(Z) = n
Extract Units

where:
'X' = the number of trading days included;
'Y' = number of users who receive data access; and
'Z' = number of securities or indices included.
