| On Friday, April 20, 2007 NYSE Bonds will rollout its new trading platform after market hours. The platform, which uses the design of the current NYSE Arca all-electronic trading platform, will provide a more efficient and transparent way to trade corporate bonds. On Monday, April 23, 2007 NYSE Bonds will start trading with the 820 bonds currently listed on ABS. Over the next few months NYSE Bonds will begin adding approximately 2,800 eligible new debt issues of our NYSE equity listings. Phase 1 will begin with the addition of 500 new issues added during the first month after the cutover. Notices will go out prior to trading these issues along with a list posted to the NYSE web site. Once the new platform goes live the current Automated Bond System (ABS) will operate in shadow mode for two weeks with no orders in the book and will be retired after successful cutover to the new platform. During this time any open GTC orders will need to be re-entered on the new platform in order to remain active.
