TAQ Master have two columns with similar names and description.
UNIT OF TRADING Number (0) The number of shares the security trades in
UNIT OF TRADE Number (4) Issue's unit of trade. (roundlot value)

Can anyone explain the difference and which one to use. Thx

In most cases 1 round lot is 100 shares, however there are a handful of high priced stocks where 1 round lot is 10 shares. They are redundant fields will be corrected in the next version of TAQ
