A number of people ask what data previously available on NYSENotices.com is available for no charge.
The Corporate Actions product page contains links to three data products that have a free version:
- Listing Applications
- Proxy Meeting Notices
- InfoNotices RSS feed
Note that InfoNotices RSS feed is not intended for viewing in Internet Explorer, it must be used with an RSS Reader (e.g. Sharp Reader or Google Reader). It is updated every two hours and only contains the current day's data.

| What is the difference between the InfoNotices RSS feed and the paid version? I've noticed that there may be a delay between the paid vs. free - is that true? |

| The free InfoNotices RSS feed updates every 2 hours and only has information for that day. The fee liable version, on the other hand, updates every 15 minutes and offers you all the history available. |

Unfortunately, No, these notices are not available for FTP download. They are only available via RSS. You can subscribe at the following link
