timestamps: ftp vs. live feed |

Hi,
It seems like the live feed has millisecond precision on its timestamps, whereas the FTP file only has precision down to seconds.
Is it possible to make the download feed have the same precision as the live data? If not, are you intentionally removing precision from the FTP file?
