Is the response available thru TCP method for Symbol Index Mapping request? |

Questions:
1) Is the response available thru TCP/IP method for Symbol Index Mapping request?
2) At the start of transmission, do you send all Symbol Index information on the regular Multi-cast FAST channels or we have to always requires all the Symbol Index Information thru retransmission channels?
