The document says "A person who qualifies as a nonprofessional and accesses market data via a data feed that is
connected to stand-alone or single devices will be charges a single unit device fee of $127.25
in lieu of access fees."
i.e. the device may be professional (which device is not professional anyway), the subscriber is not professional in the sense that he does not provide any financial/investment/trading/etc services to anybody except himself. According to this document the fee may apply to a non-professional. The question is what conditions have to be met for this fee to be imposed. |
