What are the advantages of the Open Book NYSE vs Level 2 Nasdaq? Can they be used together for better transparency? For example Day Trading Boeing stock. |

| NYSE OpenBook covers only NYSE trading activity, likewise NASDAQ's level 2 product covers only NASDAQ trading activity. For day trading purposes you are best getting real time data from an authorized data vendor who compiles real time market data from across all markets. Connecting directly to the NYSE to receive Openbook is mostly used by Algorithmic traders, redistributors, extranets, and brokerage houses. |

| So if I understand the answer correctly, I will not see UTP (NASDAQ - TDF and QDF) in CTS/CQS and vice versa? |
