JK,
By the end of 2007, Ticker Notices will be solely available on nysedata.com as a part of the Corporate Actions product suite.
This means you will need to use a nysedata.com account that is licensed to download the information.

Due to a lot of customer feedback, we are also currently developing an intraday release cycyle for the Ticker Notices.
We will send out a product announcement with more details when the Dev team has finished their review.
