| When user connect to TCP/IP, does it need submit usename/password? I didn't find any structure in the specification. |

there's no login process on the ARCA TCP connections.
you just connect, send retrans request, heartbeats, sym index mapping etc
you have to send the Source Id in each of the msgs you send to the ARCA TCP servers.
Source Id is handed out by the NYSE/ARCA, you have to call them up to get it.
