Regarding section 5.9 in Multicat Venue Guide - SourceSeqNum
Please note that the sequence number while it increases serially, it does not increase monotonically.
Please expand on what is meant by "increases serially, it does not increase monotonically." |

| This means that while the sequence number increases is incrementing by 1 each time, if we ever send out a sequence number reset we start from zero again not from where the last data message sequence number. |
