So what happens if we miss both Sequence Reset messages( primary/backup )? So we're at sequence 1,000,000 and next thing we know we start getting sequence #'s in the low hundred range? We will not know the highest sequence number that was achieved before the reset and therefore we can't request the missing data and will have missing data/hung quotes, etc

| The sequence number reset is only sent out at start of day or in the event of a failure. If you miss the sequence message and your last message received is significantly lower than your previous message, request a refresh not a retransmission for sequence numbers. |
