Regarding section 5.9 - SourceSeqNum
Please note that the sequence number while it increases serially, it does not increase monotonically.
Please expand on what is meant by "increases serially, it does not increase monotonically." |

The sequence numbers will increase by one, expect in a failover situation. At this point a sequence reset message will be sent to reset the packet sequence number back to 1 and a symbol clear message will be sent for every symbol to indicate the next expected sequence number for that symbol.
