What are the services hours for NYSE Best Quotes and OpenBook?
i.e. when do heartbeats start & stop, and during what period is market data disseminated? |

| Heartbeat messages begin at around 3am and ends around 5:30pm. The quotes are disseminated between 9:30 and approx 4:15. OpenBook messages begin around 7am and end at approx 4:30 |
