Condition E: The NYSE Quote shall be published as Slow on One-side when on the Bid is quoted outside the LRP. This could apply when there is no trade at the LRP price. Condition F: The NYSE Quote shall be published as Slow on One-side when on the Offer is quoted outside the LRP. This could apply when there is no trade at the LRP price. Condition U: If the both the Bid and Offer are quoted outside the High and Low LRPs then a Condition U will be published. Condition W: The security has been set slow, meaning the symbol will only trade in a slow market mode and no LRPs will be generated. If an LRP (low, high or both) is hit, the market will be forced to operate in a slow market condition (for the side that hits the LRP only) to replenish liquidity and dampen volatility. When this occurs the following quote conditions are disseminated. Condition A: If the High LRP is hit, the market is slow on the Ask side and condition A will be published. The market remains fast on the Buy side. Condition B: If the low LRP is hit, the market is slow on the Bid side and condition A will be published. The market remains fast on the sell side. Condition H: If the low and High LRP are hit, the market is slow on the Bid and Ask side and condition H will be published. The market is slow on both sides. |

| You need to subscribe to either the NYSE Quotes feed or to the CQS feed. The LRP feed does not contain the quote condition. |

Is there any reason one would need to subscribe to the LRP feed if he can see from the Quote condition that an LRP has been triggered? |
