Schedule of Monthly Charges lists $1/mo for Nonprofessional Subscribers but it has a footnote with "Charges apply to vendor providing service to non-professional subscriber." It seems it refers to the document Datafeeds to Standalone PCs which says "A person who qualifies as a nonprofessional and accesses market data via a data feed that is connected to stand-alone or single devices will be charges a single unit device fee of $127.25
in lieu of access fees.". However, this description is meaningless because it applies to any nonprofessional subscriber. So which non-professional pays $1/mo and which nonprofessional pays $127.25/mo. Is there an original document that spells out clearly? I am not asking for an interpretation. I am asking for a reference to a legitimate document that provides a clear distinction between data-feeds charged at $1/mo and $127.25/mo. I am dealing with one vendor who provides real-time NYSE data feeds, and most of its real-time data feeds are charged at $1/mo for NYSE exchange fees and one of its high-end datafeed is charged at $127.25/mo. And this vendor is not capable of explaining why. |
