Hello,
I received an invoice for an account (04-77335) which doesn't exist of for which I'm not responsible. In addition, the billing adress on this invoice is for a Company which no longer exists since 8 years.
What happen with that ?

I have tried several times to update my company name, address and download capability. I have not been successful, please advise what needs to happen?

Im in the same boat at Matthew. I have been trying to change my account information, consolidate, etc, i received an email notification from Sharon Smith, yet my account information/consolidation is still not correct.

How can i get in touch with a LIVE person?

For billing updates the best way to make changes is by submitting a request via the website, that way you can submit all the necessary information to enable us to more efficiently respond to your account inquiries. You can also reach our customer service representatives for account changes and billing information at 212-656-3800. Inquiries regarding Amex billing integration can also be answered by our Customer Service Representatives.
