We are now getting many of our retransmission requests rejected with Reject Reason 3 (Rejected due to maximum sequence range) even though the number of messages requested is well below 1000. Is there a problem with the retransmission server?

There was a client notice that went out last month that stated on 1 Nov
we are lowering the threshold from 1000 to 250. We update the current
3.1 spec to reflect this change.

NYSE Arca Equities Market Specification Update Notification:
• Bulletin Board data added to ArcaBook via the multicast environment
• Thresholds changing to 250 packets per request and 10,000 requests per day
Summary: NYSE Arca is pleased to announce that Bulletin Board (BB) data has been added to ArcaBook via the
multicast environment. This enhancement will provide our customers with a faster and deeper look at

In addition, in order to provide timely multicast retransmissions NYSE Arca is changing the threshold to
250 maximum packets at a time per request and 10,000 total requests per channel per day effective
