I'm an API user with Townsend Analytics. Currently there is no feed for ETF data for ArcaBook, there is however ArcaBook data for all other symbols. They are saying this is an issue with Arca, but from speaking with other traders using other providers, this does not seem possible. ETF symbols seem to update fine from the Arca website as well.
I'm writing here to confirm that what my rep at Townsend is telling me, that Arca has a "technical problem" which is requring Townsend to take down some of it's feeds. Please let me know if Arca is indeed experiencing a technical problem affecting ArcaBook.

Townsend Analytics should be permissioned to access ETFs for ArcaBook. Townsend Analytics should be permissioned to access this data. If so, Townsend Analytics can provide their customers with access to the data.
