This customer portal offers comprehensive monitoring capabilities for your SFTI® account including: - Direct Connections - the ability to list all of your connections, or router ports (logical and physical)
- SFTI® Entitlements - the listing all of your Service Entitlements per SFTI® Access center
- Bandwidth Performance - a list of access center locations broken down by connections and VLAN's to show near real-time average bandwidth performance, by day or by year
- Contacts - a list of available contacts for your company for communications and informational alerts
