The SFTI® Self Service Portal is a free tool which offers registered SFTI clients the ability to check on their SFTI® service status in near-real time.
This customer portal offers comprehensive monitoring capabilities for your SFTI® account including:

  • Direct Connections - the ability to list all of your connections, or router ports (logical and physical)
  • SFTI® Entitlements - the listing all of your Service Entitlements per SFTI® Access center
  • Bandwidth Performance - a list of access center locations broken down by connections and VLAN's to show near real-time average bandwidth performance, by day or by year
  • Contacts - a list of available contacts for your company for communications and informational alerts
